Supplements
Add the supplements you take, set the times and days for each, and tick them off as you go. Progress reminds you when a dose is due, shows today's doses on one card, and keeps a 12-month adherence history with streaks.
Adding a supplement
- Open Supplements from the Personal tab and tap Add supplement.
- Enter the name, for example "Creatine".
- Add one or more times of day, choose the days of the week (all seven by default), and decide whether to be reminded.
Supplements due at the same time are grouped into one reminder. Turn Remind me off for a supplement you want to track quietly. A single lead-time setting applies to every supplement reminder.
Logging doses
Today's doses appear grouped by time. Tap a dose to mark it taken, or Mark all as taken. Untick to undo. Only today's doses can be ticked: a missed dose is simply one you did not tick, so there is nothing to catch up on later. A reminder still arrives even if you already ticked that dose early.
You can also tick doses from the home-screen widget or from the Progress app on Apple Watch.
History
See full history shows the past 12 months day by day, days taken and missed, your current and best streak, and your best month.
What it does not do
- There is no dosage, unit, or notes field. A supplement is a name and a schedule.
- It does not suggest supplements or check interactions.
- Reminders are set up on the phone where you create or edit the supplement. Your supplements sync to another phone, but its reminders may not be set up until you open and save the supplement there.
Where your data lives
Supplements and doses are stored on your phone. When you are signed in and have allowed supplement sync in your privacy settings, they sync to your account and come back after a reinstall.
