Injuries
Track an injury from the day it happened to the day it is recovered. Log how it feels as you go, with a pain score out of 10 and your mood, and Progress shows the day count, the pain trend, and how far along recovery is. It is a recovery journal, not medical advice.
Adding an injury
- Open Injuries from the Personal tab and tap Add injury.
- Give it a name, choose the body part and severity, set the start date, and add notes if you want.
Logging how it feels
Tap Log an update on the injury. Each update has a date, a pain level from 0 to 10, a short note on how it feels, and a mental-state pick such as hopeful, patient, or frustrated. After two updates a pain-trend chart appears. Each update is marked improving, steady, or worse compared with the one before.
The recovery ring is worked out from your pain scores: how far today's pain has dropped from the pain at the start. Tap Mark recovered when it is done. Recovered injuries move to Past injuries and can be reopened.
What it does not do
- It does not prescribe rehab exercises or tell you which movements to avoid. That is planned, and will only ever ship with content vetted by a sports-medicine professional.
- It does not set a rehab plan or a target date.
- It does not block workouts or warn you on a high-load day.
Where your data lives
Injuries and updates are stored on your phone. When you are signed in and have allowed injury sync in your privacy settings, they sync to your account and come back after a reinstall. Deleting an injury deletes its updates.
