Community
Progress has a Discord server for people who use the app. It is where you can talk to other users, ask questions, report something that looks wrong, and pitch feature ideas. Feedback given there reaches the people building the app, so it is the first place to go with an idea rather than an email.
How to join
- From the app: open Settings from the Personal tab, find the Community card, and tap Join the Discord community. If Discord is installed it opens there, otherwise in your browser.
- From the website: go to
/discordon the Progress website. It always points at the current invite.
You do not need a Progress account to join. The invite link can change over time, so use one of the two routes above rather than a link you saved earlier.
What to use it for
- Questions about how something in the app works.
- Feature ideas and feedback on what you would change.
- Bug reports that are not urgent. For anything account-related, or where you need a reply from support, use the route on the Contact support page instead.
What it is not
The Discord server is not a support desk with guaranteed response times, and it is not where to send personal data such as your account email or screenshots of health data. Keep those for support.
