History

History holds everything you have finished: workouts, free sessions, and cardio recordings, grouped by month. Open it from the History card on the Personal tab, or from the Calendar. A summary at the top shows this year's training time, distance, and weight lifted, with a 12-week chart you can scrub. Inspect a day takes any past date and shows everything Progress knows about it, and lets you compare several days side by side.

Browsing

  • Swipe the summary hero between training time, cardio distance, and strength volume for the current year. Drag across the bars to read a single week.
  • Filter by sport with the chips under the hero, or search.
  • Each card opens the full log: sets and weights for a workout, the route and splits for a run.
  • To remove a session, open its log and tap Delete.

Inspect a day

Open Inspect a day from the Personal tab, or from a day in the Calendar, and pick a date. The page shows:

  • Logged on this day: workouts, cardio, weigh-ins, supplement doses, benchmark attempts, progress photos, injury updates.
  • Estimated for this day: a weight estimate between your surrounding weigh-ins, with the closest actual log and how far away it was, plus health scores from Apple Health.
  • Around this day: the nearest benchmark attempt per benchmark, the nearest photo set, injuries that were active, and the training plan week you were in.

Tap Compare days and add more dates. Each date becomes a column, and numbers show the difference from the first date you picked. Columns can be moved or removed.

What it does not do

  • You cannot change a session after saving it yet, not even from its log. You can delete it.
  • Inspect a day reads what is on your phone and in Apple Health. It does not fetch anything extra from your account.
