Platforms
Progress is an iPhone app first, with an Apple Watch companion, an Android app, and a small web account area. The iPhone app is the full product. The others cover a subset, listed here so you know what to expect before you install.
iPhone
- Needs iOS 26 or later.
- Everything in these docs applies to the iPhone app unless a page says otherwise.
- Live workouts show on the lock screen and in the Dynamic Island. Cardio recordings and supplements have their own widgets.
- Works offline; see Account and sync.
Apple Watch
- Needs watchOS 26 and a paired iPhone with Progress installed.
- Logs strength workouts, records cardio with heart rate, runs timers, ticks off supplements.
- No GPS routes, no history, no settings. Full detail on the Apple Watch page.
Android
An Android version is coming. It is built and covers most of the iPhone app: the exercise and workout library, workout logging with sets and timers, training plans, calendar, weight, diet and injury tracking, cardio recording with GPS, the AI coach, and sync to the same account. Sign-in is email and password only.
Not on Android: friends and feed, Focus mode, Apple Watch features, progress photos, benchmarks, supplements, recovery scores, and the newer injury recovery log. Health Connect syncs weight both ways.
The list above is from before the newest iPhone features; the Android page will be updated when it ships.
Web
Signing in at the website gives you your profile, friends, feed, and weight log. It is not a full web app: workouts, plans and history are on the phone. The website also hosts the privacy policy, terms, and account deletion instructions.
One account everywhere
The same account works on iPhone, Android and the web. What syncs and what stays on the device is the same on every platform, and health data always needs your consent before it leaves the device.
